Knife and Fork is just the best. We are so glad they are here- an enormous asset to our sweet mountain community. Thanks you guys! @knifeforkandspoonnc ・・・ It's Small Business Saturday here in Spruce Pine and we feel blessed to be in an area that understands the value of a community-centric economy. Our kabocha squash for this dish comes from Trosly Farm in Elk Park and the dish itself is from local potter extraordinaire @courtneymartinpotter

@lsuceramics ・・・ Clay for Louisiana is live! Visit clayforlouisiana.bigcartel.com to help support our flood ravaged community, and get a beautiful piece of ceramic artwork in the process! 100% of sales will go directly to victims of this once-in-a-hundred-year flood. You can read more about it by clicking the link in our profile and going to the "about" page. A big thanks to all of LSU's faculty, graduate, and undergraduate students, past LSU alum, friends of LSU, and all who donated work! This fundraiser wouldn't have been possible without your support and extraordinary talent!
