Where does the time go? I’ve been out of the studio tending to my home life. Our yard is well kept now, the house is clean, and best of all I get to spend time with my family. Grae and I planted fall greens and she’s been proud to be in charge of watering them.
Below are a few new images from the last firing. You can find all the new images in the Gallery section of this website. Let me know what you think!
Next weekend (October 12 and 13) is the Spruce Pine Potters Market. If you haven’t been before (or if you have!) you should really try to get here for it. It’s a great group of potters all in one spot. It’s a casual show, but almost everyone is firing just for this- so we’ll all have our latest and greatest. I hope to see you there.
After SPPM it’s back to the studio for me. I’m firing again in late November. I think I’m sharing the kiln with my neighbor potter Michael Kline, so I don’t have to make a full kiln load, but it will be enough to restock for the holiday sales. Now’s the time to let me know if you have a pot you want me to make for you!
Thanks for reading.
